CONDUCT LISTING
Conduct listing refers to the way a person acts and showing ones behaviour.
This consists of the following : CCMA awards is an arbitration award , this is
awarded as a certificate when an employee wins a case at CCMA and the company
has to abide by what was agreed upon in court.
A person can be dismissed unfairly if its not a fair reason and in accordance with
the fair procedure. If an instruction is both reasonable and lawful, the employee is
obliged to adhere to the instruction. Should the employee fail to do so, the
employer would be within his/her right to take disciplinary action. Should the
insubordination be gross or have serious effects on the employers business, it
might even lead to dismissal on the first transgression.
The workplace is very common to working people, but we seldom pause to think
about the relationship formed with the employers between each other. If the
attitude between employers and employees are positive you will receive excellent
communication with them, in which they feel comfortable to depend and trust in
their peers, this allows the department to function as one.
This will enable the employer to manage their employees successfully and it will
definitely give them the desire to perform in the working environment as well as
motivate them to attend work everyday.
