1 Leadership Component
Leadership Coaching is about helping high performance Executives to improve their leadership and management skills, improve their relationships, and experience a general increase in their effectiveness within their organisations. We coach for leadership in one’s life and in one’s work within the organisation, using the 7 core leadership criteria with benchmarks.

This unique programme consists of 20 hours of face to face coaching with your own personal Meta-Coach, nine 20-minute action phone calls, four progress sessions (optional), a manual, and unlimited email support.
